Dr Andrew Kernytsky

Head of Computational Biology, CRISPR Therapeutics

Andrew Kernytsky has worked in computational biology since his days predicting protein function while working on his Ph.D. at Columbia University. His work on next generation sequencing (NGS) dates back to the early days of SNP calling in the GATK at the Broad Institute. He then proceeded to do various cancer genomics projects at Agios and now heads up the design and analysis of CRISPR editing at CRISPR Therapeutics.
